You may have seen Amy Borrell’s work if you’ve flicked through a copy of Frankie Magazine or the Frankie 2012 diary. Her illustrations are of an innocent, children’s storybook-like nature. I’ve seen other artists’ variations of this style, but this is the first time learning of the name behind “that Frankie style”. Sadly, illustrators don’t get enough recognition.
